Like 'Child's Play 3' and the majority of the video nasties it was a case of 'wrong film, wrong place, wrong time' - it was released in the same era as 'Res Dogs', 'Man Bites Dog', 'Bad Lieutenant' etc and was caught up in the controversy surrounding those titles
