From the off, something does not seem right. All the men have a private club and the wives are subservient to their husbands, with no interests other than shopping and cleaning. When Katherines friend, her only ally in uncovering what is going on, appears changed and robotic, she sets out to discover the final truth..
Another enjoyable evening viewing. Not seen in a long time.
I remember the first time I watched it on TV, the ending was one of those 'what'! moments. No spoilers in them days. No pictures giving away the ending on DVD sleeves like my Anchor Bay DVD does!
