Back to the hey day of 70s martial arts films where people use any weapons in a fight and able to leap tall building and walk up walls, here we have a blind master set out for revenge after two students were killed by a one armed fighter and uses his fighting skills and throwing skills of a hat that is a guillotine to exact his purpose of revenge. Yeah ok it is badly dubbed and Japanese dialogue does come up with subtitles that are way short and makes no sense but you can't help but admire the visual effects used in the film, even though it's daft now. I'm surprised that 88 Films or Eureka haven't released this yet.
