Inspired by
JAWS, Roger Corman and New World Pictures put out this entertaining movie which injects some humour amongst all of the teeth gnashing and blood pumping.
Some pretty gruesome attacks going on here, especially when there are kids involved in some of the scenes of the mayhem. Great shot of Belinda Balaski getting pulled down in to the darkness.
Good score by Pino Donaggio which reminds me of his music for CARRIE.
