Some of Margheriti's gialli are excellent. I'd definitely recommend

Naked You Die for starters; a pretty decent giallo about a killer stalking girls at a boarding school.
Seven Death's in the Cat's Eye is also definitely worth a watch (if not only for the fact it is the only gialli that I've come across so far featuring a bizarre gorilla...
). Margheriti certainly brings a lot of gothic flair to his gialli, and if this is something you enjoy then I recommend you also check out
Long Hair of Death - one of my favourites of his.
