I'm starting to get confused myself and I'm posting the information! The hope is that Tenebrae will be BD - indeed every title is assessed for it but some are wildly easier than others (and then it's still a big investment/risk) and until Arrow get the materials in their hands only then can they judge whether it's really possible.
