The mysterious case of the Cobbler Gobbler, a killer who eats his victims while making shoes from their skin. The victims all being patients suffering from the rare condition Suedeisis which gives their skin the appearance of blue suede.
Inspector Power's need to find this killer is multipied by the fact that his ex wife Fanny 'Smurfette' Power also suffers from this rare condition. Although their relationship has been on the rocks since Frank discovered his wife was the most popular star in the Smurf Porn industry he still loves her.
Frank goes undercover as Doctor Brian Healer in the Blue Moon Hospital to win his wife's heart back before the killer rips her heart out.
