Thanks for helping me out Almar.
I sent Almar an email, and within 20 minutes had a reply and one from Arrow asking for my address to send me a replacement copy - which arrived today, 18hrs after my initial email!
It's nice personal touches from a company like Arrow (and cult-labs) which will keep me coming back time and time again!
