VIPCO never released NOTBA's.
They had planned to in the early 90's on their Cult Classic's VHS range but it never came about. There are a few VIPCO promo VHS 's of the film knocking about but I believe they are cut, The cover of the promo I saw had no 'uncut' claims on it.
