I believe so and i think the program in question screens in double-bill broadcasts on Sky channel Fiver.
Lawman is also available on U.K. DVD too. I've never actually watched Seagal's fly-on-the-wall crime fighting frolics but i imagine the series to be sorta like
COPS only with a more famous police officer enforcing the law!
