For me it would be...

STALLONE (In No Order)
F.I.S.T
First Blood
Rocky
Rocky 4
Rocky Balboa
Daylight
Cliffhanger
Bullet To The Head
Rambo 4
Demolition Man
Lock Up
Cobra
Tango And Cash
Expendables 2
Avenging Angelo
Cop Land
Nighthawks
Over The Top
Judge Dredd
Assassins
The Specialist

SCHWARZENEGGER
Conan
Conan 2
The Terminator
Terminator 2
Red Heat
Raw Deal
Predator
Kindergarten Cop
True Lies
The Last Stand (Seriously it's so much fun)
Commando
Running Man
Twins
Total Recall

The rest of their films I can take or leave. 21 - 13 Stallone wins

I've never seen Avenging Angelo. I always understood it was pretty poor.

How can Expendables 2 count for Sly Pedro, but not for Arnie?

Btw - You listed 14 Arnie films, not 13.

yeah i miscounted the arnie flicks, i didn't put Arnie for expendables 2 because he's only in about 15 minutes of the film, and Sly is the main guy. I always enjoyed Avenging Angelo, it's not the best film ever made but it's fun for what it is.

Having Eddie Murphy as the third triplet won't be as ridiculous as having a Terminator robot in his mid-60's.

A battle scarred Terminator and you would never know the difference though.

It depends how they decide to do it.

Excited about a new Terminator film with Arnie, didn't like the Arnie-less sequel at all.
The Conan sequel could also turn out to be good.

Didn't it show an older Conan on his thrown at the end of one of the films?

It could just carry on from there.

At the end of the first film it does show conan sat on his thrown looking older, Mako's voice over explains that Conan went on to have many adventures which i guess includes The Destroyer.
