I absolutely love Dirty Harry and I saw 10 to Midnight for the first time properly only a few weeks ago. Didn't pick up on that at the time of watching it but now you say it that makes perfect sense

10TM's got a hugely satisfying maverick cop climax where Bronson forgets what's legal and does what's right. The film's killer (Gene Davis) is such a nasty piece of work you're behind 'ol stone face every step of the way when he delivers his own brand of justice. Great stuff!

Thanks to Paul,I saw DW2 Uncut for the first time the other night.
The rape scene is certainly a lot more harrowing!

Tbh, I didn't really find much difference between the cut znd uncut scene. If anything, it was funnier (no, I don't find rape funny, before anyone has a go at me. By that I mean it was ridiculous. They came off as numptys, as we say here. Especially Laurence Fishburne.

When I say harrowing,I mean more prolonged.

Was he Laurence the 1st or Larry the 3rd back then?

I saw him in Contagion at the weekend and judging by the size of him,he's now known as the tenth!

Anyhow back to Charlie......I picked up HARD TIMES in HMV for a fiver last week.

Much preferred The Street Fighter title though!
