I think they may be discontinuing the 2-discs in favour of the BD editions, as they have the same content.

There a lot more titles coming from CA judging by their website. They seem to be on a bit of a role.

If that is really the reissue of the original HKL DVD then we´re talking about a movie directed by James Glickenhaus, but if this is in fact the Asian cut then the cover is correct because Jackie Chan directed some stuff making a co-direction of James Glickenhaus and Jackie Chan...

But what cut was used?

Based on it having the same commentary, I'd think it was the Glikenhaus cut.
