How do I contact Arrow over a mistakenly placed order?

Hello all, been a long time since I logged in. I've been here in spirit though. As it stands, I made a mess of ordering Zombie Flesh Eaters from the Arrow site. Something went all stupid and now I have two different orders placed. I only want one. The 'help' email supplied in the order confirmation email (help@arrowfilms.co.uk) doesn't work, my message to them bounced back and gmail told me the address could not be found. Maybe gmail is lying to me, it's done that before.

Anyway, before I find myself in a position where I continue to type words into this box for eternity, who can I contact to cancel one of the orders? I guess some of you fine people have an email address handy, much gratitude flying your way across the digital (and spiritual) worlds for anyone that can help, thanks.
