Zooming in would be possible oif the impaled lizard is somewhere in the background. If the shot is centered on this that'll be difficult. But seriously, WHERE is that scene? I hate animal cruelty and usually go up in flames when I see it but I watched DR without noticing any lizard scene. Could you give me a timecode so I can check on the German DVD. Maybe I get a nice idea of how to handle the shot properly without having to cut it out.

I saw go old-school with a brief "Missing Reel" screen card! Ha.

Haha, personally I think that's a fantastic idea and would receive no backlash at all... ahem... Make it happen, Almar! |

Altering it slightly or zooming in is preferable to removing the scene imo. The question is, what sort of altering would be done?

You could alter the image so the lizard looks like a ball of cotton wool |

Philleh: The idea of a "missing reel" screen card is a cool idea, and preferable to just cutting it out! Hehe. |

Number 3! I've got to say, I don't like the idea of a 'missing reel' card at all. |
