Thanks for the info Nos.

Had mine pre-ordered from Amazon and got the monochrome opening.

Excellent service from Arrow: e-mailed them late at night and received a confirmation of replacement the following morning.

I have now watched both my Dvd and Blu Ray both with B/W opening
gonna send my details in to Arrow for repalcement's but I have to say like a few other people I had forgotten the opening was sepia. Excellent customer service from Arrow on this thank you very much.

Got my blu in today. Super excited. It is the b&w like most (all?) have got. Emailed my details. Heres to going for a fast replacement.

Depends on how busy they are I guess. Mine came about 4-5 days after but some receive it just the next day.

Got mine today, and the it was the b&w version. Fired off an email, and received a response from Laura 2 minutes later. That's right... 2 minutes. Fantastic response time. Looking forward to getting the corrected version.

Got my reply the following morning. Im concerned with not having a confirmed date that the new blu will ship on.. The email said they would ship when available...yikes.

Has Amazon actually even received the fixed disc version? I just got mine in the mail today from them but won't be able to check til about 9pm where I am in the US (another 5 hours or so).

The last I heard, replacement discs were still in production and won't be available for at least another two or three weeks. If I hear anything else, I'll let you know.

The original post said that the replacement soud take about 20 something days after the mail was sent.
