I received a replacement from Arrow for the faulty disc. I'm in the US. They were speedy and get top marks for customer service. Haven't got around to checking out the replacement yet, though so I hope I'm not in the same boat as SUperSamurai |

But it seems like you don't have to send in anything, you just write them and you get the new disc. I'll write them tomorrow evening and we'll see how it turns out. 8) P.S.: But first, I need to check if my disc really is faulty |

It can't hurt and you might end up with a copy where the sound works correctly! As for the code on the disc that someone mentioned earlier, that doesn't mean anything as I have one that works and one that doesn't and they both have the exact same code on the first disc.

Yep. I watched it the night it came to make sure that the AV problem wasn't there, which was only about a week after watching it three times in order to write my review!
