I've had the individual BDs on pre-order for a fair while, but the steelbook is way too sexy to pass up so have pre-ordered that too. I'm not cancelling the individual releases, mainly because I'm really looking forward those comics.

I also never buy an Arrow DVD where there is a BD equivalent available.

I can't wait for this release! I remember the first time a saw this, I got a bootleg copy for a back street shop in blackpool. I took it home and watched it and never looked back! I never got to see part 2!! Now I need to make my mind up if I am going to get the steelbook or single releases.

It's actually the European dub. The US dub was done by the American distributor and more than likely wouldn't be featured on the original negative, especially when you take into consideration the US version was cut - several shots of the "coke" can in the punks car are what was trimmed.

All the gore and violence was left uncut thankfully.

My solution to the dub thing (Just cause i like a much as i can get):
Include the current dub, (and an italian one please), but also include whatever the other best one is, and have in seamlessly branch or whatever onto the current dub for the extra frames.

That probably made little to no sense

It does make sense to me. The more audio mixes the better for me for all releases .. if you don't like one track, switch to another. The lack of audio options has kinda put me off some of Arrows titles recently which is a shame.

Just for anyone who doesn't check the Demons 3 thread, here's the cover of Book One which will be coming with the orginal Demons DVD / Blu-Ray. Pages will be appearing in the Demons 3 thread probably around Wednesday.

I'm not sure which cover I prefer; this one or the one you posted in the Demons 2 thread. Still, better to have too much choice than none at all!

I've just re-read your posts and realise this is for Book One and the other is for Book Two – they should look really stylish and and provide interesting reading.

Yup - one for each chapter. Both done by Peter Fielding, who did the three character portraits for the Battle Royale release.

An excellent sales pitch! I really liked what Peter Fielding did with the Battle Royale set, so they should make for great reading.
