Holly crap that's a bad transfer. I've still yet to order a copy so might wait out a while. Or maybe not. I'll see.

It isn't terrible. Does have some problems during the daylight scenes though.

As with City of the Living Dead, I'll be ordering Blue Underground's Blu-ray edition of House by the Cemetery.Arrow's BD edition of The Beyond is superb though, and I'm looking forward to the reviews of their forthcoming Zombie Flesh-Eaters Blu.

I think both City and Beyond blu from Arrow are super transfers.

Judged by the stills Arrows is brighter and reveals the noise too much. BU's looks much better in my opinion even if it's not perfect.

Update ...

... got an email, Arrow have looked at my blu ray disk. They have told me this is how it's supposed to look! They say it's because the company they have used to author it ... well they aint very good! I am disgusted tha Arrow put this release out at all! Goodness the DVD looks 100 times better than this shambles of a release! Arrow, i have lost a lot of faith in you ... sorry.

What? Yeah everyone knows about the weird digital "grain" on it, but the pics you posted were a hundred times worse that .
