I bought mine instore. Thankfully I bought the steelbook so if the worst comes to the worst, I should be able to flog it on ebay and just buy the standard one later - if it truly materialises.. that's another thing I have to say I'm actually sceptical about as Arrow aren't being overly trustworthy. Maybe they'll hope eventually it'll all just blow over.

This is really very simple

If Arrow will not instigate a replacement program, for everyone that's bought one already wait until the new batch is out, order it from Arrows website, swap the discs over and then return for a refund

I'm not all that bothered by the 6 seconds but you are right - they should offer a replacement for those who aren't satisfied, it would a huge black mark against Arrow if they didn't. Isn't there also a legal issue, with claiming the product is uncut as well?

In Arrow's defense, they have said to me and Stephen in seperate that it's annoying that none of the QC that happened and the review discs that got sent out never picked up on it

Yeah. I do actually feel bad for them and can only assume they'd be losing loads of money if they won't down the replacement programme route. Or they're passed caring. Would like to think its the former though

Except the blu-ray.com reviewer pointing it out to Arrow and being told it was purely on the check discs..
