That's a bit crap if you ordered direct from them! I thought I'd have a look and the site doesn't even give you an order history which is pretty poor.

Both my replacements turned up today, can't fault Arrow one bit for the replacement service considering I didn't have any proof that I'd ordered from them (although I'm pretty sure they know who I am considering the hassle I had with wrong addresses getting my LE in the first place  )  PaulD and Susan Foreman like this.

Guys help, I've just noticed this thread and had no idea of the whole foo-fera. Is this all about a missing 6 seconds of a boat? If it is i dont really care but if its a technical issue i guess i'd need to send it back. I just can't face going through 275 posts to find out the story if someone could summarise I'd be very grateful.
