I just emailed my request for my replacement 2 days before the deadline. I did get an automated receipt, but I don't know if I will be getting a replacement as it hasn't arrived yet.

Also I am surprised that the limited to 500 edition is still not sold out. Wonder if this is due to the faulty disc, or has more than 500 been made. I mean they aren't numbered so how would we know

I think its more that not many people are buying stuff off arrows site, given how impossible it is to check order status ect I cant really blame people either. As the ltd slipcase is on there only most folk went for the steelbook. Since quite a few speculators got burned the whole things pretty funny in some respects.

There's a seller on eBay selling the faulty disc for a fiver, pretty sure Arrow said it was illegal to do this when they sent the replacements out

If that's the case, it's illegal to sell any disc you buy. Arrow's just huffing & puffing. If they didn't want them back, people can do whatever they like with them.

Only thing I've had trouble with was this threads namesake (as we all know ), apart from that I've had stuff arrive super quick. It does annoy me that you can't check your order status etc on their website
