I'm about a quarter of the way through This Book Is Full of Spiders and, like John Dies at the End, it's brilliant.

Seeing as I recently watched all 3 extended editions of The Lord of the Rings (which look amazing on Blu Ray BTW), I decided it was time I read the book again, for the first time in probably 20 years I think. So, I picked this up from Amazon for £1.78 and it arrived this morning. Gonna get stuck into it as soon as I've finished Dr Sleep by Stephen King

Last book I bought was "The Butcher: Anatomy of a Mafia Psychopath" by Philip Carlo. Disturbing at times, but it's a fantastic read.

Picked Roger Moore's latest hardback up yesterday from The Works for £6.99. It only was only published on the 4th of September this year and the main book stores are selling it for £13 and upwards. |
