I take it that it's a paperback then? I'll pass.

How many pages in the new edition, troggi? If it's a substantial amount more i might re-buy it.
It's 368 pages and this edition was published 2018. As it turns out I'm enjoying it as a "reader" rather than as an "encyclopaedia".

That's over 100 pages more. I'm tempted again.

I bought a copy a while back, my missus calls it the toilet book. Its in our bathroom and it's led to me taking 30 minute 'breaks' as I always read it when in position. It's about the only time I get to myself, the book will always have a little place in my heart because of that.

It is perfect for that occupation because it is chunked in, what I like to call, "shit-length" reads. Some comic, graphic novel, and magazine articles also fit quite neatly into this role.
p.s. I find that if my legs go numb I have exceeded my allotted time pursuing this activity.

I went to the store in Birmingham while I’m here and they had no copies. I quite wanted to have a look at it too!

I have the older hardback Definite Horror Book from Newman and Harriet, it's been a fave for a longtime, I got it for £25 from WHSmith but if we're talking another 100 pages I'm definitely interested in an upgrade, paperback or not.

I had it in my hand today. It's okay but not that impressive, all black and white. I didn't bother paying an extra seven quid for a hundred pages.

The additional films have all been reviewed on here anyway.
