To be honest there's nothing about it that screams 'Autumn read' to me now i've read it.

King usually releases his new books in the Autumn but this was released for summer with deck chairs on the cover.

I thought it was really good by the way.

From a charity shop, not really buying physical books these days but it was nice to see this vintage edition of an Agatha Christie book from the mid sixties.

Delighted to pick this up in Asda today for a fiver. Almost a year ago to the day i bought Golden's All Hallows paperback and loved it so here's hoping this will be a deliciously dark October treat.

What Books Have You Bought Recently?
I had a look for a copy today but nowhere to be seen in my Asda. The book section as a whole has been reduced to about a third of its original size. Mostly romantic guff and cookbooks

Well it wasn't actually published until yesterday according to Amazon so there's a good chance your shelf stockers just haven't got it on display yet.

They'll get it soon no doubt.
