It picked up and was a good enough read. Ridiculous heavy-handedness by pigs just makes my blood boil really

Just finished Jeff "Stinky" Turner's autobiography. Basically it's 200+ pages of him hitting people and justifying it as working class culture. Fun and funny.

AVALONIAN AEON by Paul Weston. An acid drenched occult autobiography with a sound track of Gong, Here and Now, Tim Blake and Steve Hillage. I'm wondering if Paul Weston is Daemonia's pen name.

Picked up the first book in Jim butchers DRESDEN FILES series... so far so good, a real page turner. I'm assured they get even better as the series progresses.

I'm an avid reader and I should be, I've worked in libraries for so long! Films and gaming does get in the way of my reading though. Currently reading Quirkology by Professor Richard Wiseman - I'd highly recommend his book Paranormality - very interesting!

I did plan on reading these while off, of course I haven't finished one bloomin' book!

I was going to buy the new James Herbert book seeing as it's about David Ash, who for those that don't know is a Paranormal Investigator from Haunted and The Ghosts of Sleath(which I had the author sign when I was 16 ), but after reading some reviews on Amazon, I don't think I'll bother, apparently it's shit!
Now I know most of the reviews on Amazon are written by idiots, but so many people can't be wrong about this, shame really because I've been looking forward to it, guess I'll wait til my library has it in

80 One star reviews!!

Thats a shame, I was looking forward to that one! I've got a copy of the ghosts of sleath in manuscript form that's limited to 500 copies all signed. It was sent to the bookstores that ordered the highest volumes of the novel. It also came with a signed photo.
