Redi 4 is great I really enjoyed the remake. I'm shipping my PS5 off to be repaired so when it's back I'll grab Silent Hill 2 myself.

Playing a remake of Res Evil 4, and enjoying it, the only problem now is I'm at the scene that's like night of the living dead in the house, and we've to take them on and I'm reasonable low on ammo, and just watched the scene on youtube for hints, erm I'm dead haven't got enough bullets to kill that many even before the manitou creature turns up. Used fair whack up trying to get through the village saving Ashley, once in the village areas they don't don't half come at you what feel like in the 100s as if they aren't going to stop, Oh well, .

Tell you what some of the areas don't half test ya patience and use up all your bullets etc.

And I've only got as far as getting into the castle and having to go up and down the 3 floors with what feels like a millions monks monsters etc. Then try and protect Ashley as she goes up to next level.

I got to the final boss in the Resi 2 remake and I had zero ammo I had to go back hours to finish it and the exact same happened first time I played Resi 5.

Oh no what a total bummer, so far I've gone back once but didn't go back far, and instead of upgrading my guns bought a new one, just to have some extra bullets and ammo etc

In 4 I just kept doing those challenge rooms and searched every ince of every area to get ammo and find things to sell.

Yet when you watch the walkthrough on youtube the ppl who are playing it make it look so simple and easy.

I just played the Resident Evil 3 remake last week, never played the original version of this one. Really enjoyed it although it seemed quite short compared to 2 and 4.

I always end up with a load of ammo left at the end of these games as I search everywhere and try to conserve ammo and use larger weapons only for the big nasty mutant creatures.
Also some weapons work better for certain creatures, for instance in this one there were mutant sewer creatures that I would only kill using flame rounds.
I also save regularly and if I totally screw up a segment, (using too much health or ammo) then I will re play that part.

The early Resident Evil games are great fun, with 2 and 4 being my favourites. I do find the Nemesis creature to be a massive pain in the arse though.
