Yeah i knew, found out on here earlier, i don't have a multi region blu ray player so decided to go with the u.k release as it was 14.99 on play.com. I have the uncut U.S aired episodes but really wanted to see this on blu and at 14.99 and with my playcredits or whatever they're called it cost about 13.00.

Well I just watched Aliens, having previously never seen it before. Absolutely astounding, definitely catapulted itself into my top 10 films.

Watched my AKIRA steelbook last night. Phenomenal picture and sound quality. Also had my us blu of ninth gate show up, these lions gate discs look great and seem to be pretty damnned cheap at the minute.

Just waiting for pre-orders of quatermass and the pit, Horror express, Frankenhooker, house by the cemetary.

ahem. just acquired 23rd century's print of Days Of Hell by "Anthony Richmond"...ooh the cover alone...should be more fun to watch than the excreta that was Live Feed.

I've got it and it's not very good. The main cover image is taken from the EV tape of the superior COBRA MISSION.

ach, il live. only bought The Last Hunter because of Warbeck and have yet to watch that without dozing off i take it tis a cut print then??

It's uncut as far as I know - it was passed without cuts when it was last submitted back in the 80's and I assume it's the same version.

I might post some stills from it in the Film Stills thread so keep away if you don't want any spoilers.
