Thanks for the heads up -- I'll have a look in the one in town to see what's available.

I recently succumbed to temptation and ordered the Region A BD of The Last Circus as it sounds really good and the trailer looks excellent.

Prompted by keirarts' post in the What have films have you seen recently thread?, I've ordered The Fly: Ultimate Collector's Edition DVD set. I also spent a grand total of £2.99 to see if Bathory: Countess of Blood is any good.

The Fly is one bulky set, quite nice though.

If it looks good (which it is if the photos online are anything to go by), I'll have to reorganise my shelves so I can have it on display.

You should, especially Touch Of Evil. Mine came with a broken booklet clip so is being replaced and I know that's happened to at least one other person!

Just been to the cinema, i'm now waiting for a blu-ray of tarsem singhs immortals.

Wasn't so sure about it from the trailer but its actually pretty good, the plot is wafer thin but it looks visually stunning and the action scenes are very bloody and kinnetic. This one will be a definate showcase for blu-ray.
