Oddly enough, from some of your musical tastes, I believe you.

I'm not embarrased by loving Hair Metal back in the late eighties / early nineties.

It was great fun, and the rock clubs were heaving with women who looked like they had just rolled off of Sunset Strip. Jilly's in Manchester was the place to be.

My three pairs of snakeskin cowboy boots were always a cool talking point.

Curse you Pearl Nirvana and your grungy dirgy shit with uninspiring check shirts.

Jilly's is where I saw Hanoi Rocks a few years back.

As to three pairs of snakeskin boots, wasn't having six legs to wear them enough of a talking point.

Have you read "Fargo Rock City" by Chuck Klosterman? It's a love letter to 80s Metal, very funny and genuine.

So it's cut?

I watched Arrow's MANIAC COP last night, and that's the best I've ever seen the film look.
Makes me yearn for a Maniac Cop 2 BD though.....

That's a must-have documentary right there, everybody should have it in their collection imo!

Went past one of the growing number of second hand shops in our town to see a stack of blu-rays at £3 each. Tragically i'm broke until friday but had just enough to pick up lost boys.
