Popped into CEX with my sons to buy them an Xbox game and came away with [REC] 2 on Blu Ray for £5 and unbelievably The Walking Dead Season 2 on Blu Ray for £15! Considering the fact it's around £30 at the minute, I didn't hesitate on picking up one of the two copies they had in stock, plus all 3 discs look like they haven't been touched

Has the region coding of Redemptions Jess Franco titles been confirmed yet? I'm also a bit worried about Kinos Black Sunday and Lisa and the Devil

I picked up Serenity for £1.99 from the Co-op on Friday night. I've never seen Firefly although I've heard good things about it, so will need to pick that up at some point. If it is anywhere near as good as Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Angel then I will be in for a treat.

Serenity is a brilliant sci-fi-action film. Enough back story is given in the first ten minutes so you don't need to have watched Firefly to understand what's going on, but it's a richer experience if you watch the TV show through and then Serenity straight after.
