There's a BD hardbox available with the old Hokushin artwork Nos.

On the photo, the thick spine made it look like a hardbox, but I also like mediabooks and that artwork is hard to beat.

Bet it was an unwanted gift, they ripped open the paper and went "that'll be going to the charity shop" probably no idea of worth.
