The Lee book is a cracker Plato. Jonathan Rigby is one of the leading Hammer historians and really knows his stuff.

Top find.

I ordered Motel Hell, but I am wary of buying any of the Bava's. I didn't really enjoy Lisa and the Devil or Black Sunday.
Is... is there something wrong with me?

Get this, the Lee book was the cheapest of the 3 at £2.50!! The other 2 were £7 the pair.

Bend over and let my boot tell you!

I joke alas, Bava isn't for everyone.

I had to go grocery shopping this evening and came home with the blu-ray of Brutal. I really need to use a different supermarket, the one I frequent is in the basement of the local department store, which coincidentally has a huge Saturn mediamarkt on the 3rd floor.

I couldn't find John dies at the end or compliance so will probably pay another visit at some point over the weekend.

There is nothing wrong with you Lisa and the Devil is not one of Bava's better movies.

I like Black Sunday but it is also a little slow and moody but Barbara Steele is beautiful in a haunting way.

Black Sabbath is worth checking out just for this segment alone "The Drop of Water"
