Also waiting for reviews to see if it's worth buying Raro's Slaughter Hotel and The Long Hair of Death, '84 Entertainment's Seven Notes in Black blus. Will order Christmas Evil on Monday from Diabolik with To All A Goodnight or Shock Waves. Haven't decided which one to get. Advise me
The Long Hair of Death had a really good b/w image with good contrast.Slaughter Hotel has gotten some bad reviews, but it's still easily the best I've seen...better than the Shriek Show disc for sure.So it's not that bad , really.Shock Waves looked pretty great, considering the negative doesn't exist.Worth the upgrade if you own the initial DVD.Now, let's hear about that Seven Notes in Black?

Now you all should know I'm a huge Texas Chain Saw fan (the original, of course) and now that there's several new Blu's out there with the new 4K scan transfer, the problem is which one(s) to get.I already bought Dark Sky's 4 disc edition, which is great, but does anyone have any sights on the quality on Second Sight release, or on the Australian release, or anyone else you may have seen. There's also a scandinavian release, as of yet to be released here in Finland; sadly no DTS-HD MA 7.1 on that one...Can't buy them all, already broke as ####

I have the Second Sight release, which looks and sounds spectacular (I've watched it with the mono and stereo options, and the new commentary with Tobe Hooper), and is highly recommended.

Pounced on this BD in Poundland, even tho I mistook it for the Kylie flick Holy Motors...ahem, still seems okay and at £1 for a BD no loss really.

Just bought myself Dead Snow 2 at HMV for 13 quid. Quite enjoyed the first one and this is supposed to be better so can't wait to watch it.

Bought this on eBay for £38 brand new, delivered because I want the theatrical version on blu too. The sellers negative feedback suggests he already sold this for £42, but refunded and relisted it due to it not selling for enough, so if it turns up I'll be surprised!
