I had a quick flick the The Night Has Eyes earlier, looks good Dem. Cracking print too. The Changeling on the other hand i know is a brilliant film, the disc isn't all that though.

Their release of Whale's The Old Dark House isn't great, but then i gather the materials aren't in very good shape.

No it isn't. I knew that when i bought mine. I bought the Network one because of the commentary. The US release is supposed to have a better transfer but no commentary. To be honest the murky dark transfer on the British release kind of suits the film's title don't you think?

It's not part of the latest British Film Collection though. The slim case ones i mean. They are all gorgeous, well, at least all the ones i own are.

I borrowed this photo from the Network thread where i posted it last summer. I've since bought a few more in the last Christmas sale, but as i say these prints are all very nice.

but £51 delivered? but then again one of my fav films of all time....but then again limited and not being re-released....but then again that £51! hmmm...but then again Don May is King of reliable transfers...and that yellow fever doc..... D'OH! we all know i'll buy it see others who have/will on the shrinks couch soon!

I've ordered the three disc Pieces and Tenebrae releases, and am currently waiting for a package from Diabolik DVD to arrive. I also did my usual trick of forgetting about a pre-order/several pre-orders, so the Grindhouse Pieces is also on its way from Amazon.com!

The most recent thing to arrive is Confetti, which I remember enjoying and finding funny years ago, but bought on a whim a few days ago.

I should really find everything which which was delivered in February, photograph them and post the photos here.
