I'm not going to be watching it until the weekend, but I did watch the interviews last night which were with Pat Moran, Mink Stole, Susan Lowe, George Figgs, and Vincent Peranio. They were really fun with a lot of anecdotes I'd not heard before because John Waters doesn't talk about them.

I did flick through the main film and it looks fantastic, the booklet talks about how the original film elements have never been archived and Criterion had removed them from John Waters closet where they had been for a number of years since he last moved house, previous to that they were in his attic subject to heat of over 100 degrees They say that they are amazed it was in such good condition.

ordered season 1-7 of scrubs last week from music magpie and what they sent was season 2 of sons of anarchy which from these pics, you can see its an obvious bootleg, really how hard is it to post the right item and see its not bootleg!

I ordered a Stephen King mini-series box set the other day from MM and I dread to think what is actually going to turn up

i ordered borderlands GOTY edition which turned up yesterday, it was the right box but it only had the expansion disc the other disc was fable 3? how in the world is that even possible unless you a complete moron i cant see how its possible!

but thankfully this was MM main store and rang them and sending out any copy free of charge. scrubs was ebay so have to wait for them to responed, look at feedback seems a common problem sending wrong things out this month or so.

will have to keep us informed of what they send you.

I've only had one screw up from them in the past when I ordered a Pride and Prejudice/Atonement box set and got Shrek Christmas Special instead of Atonement

They are usually pretty good at sorting things out. They usually say keep whatever they've sent and then post you the correct item or refund it.

Result!

I got Poltergeist: The Legacy missing disc 3 from MM and they refunded me the money and said to keep what i had. (On later investigation, some packing golum had packed two discs on top of each other, so i actually had the full set for nothing!. I take this as Karma for putting my back out).

In that case, because it was a £1.19 item they just refunded me and said keep it, the postage would be more than the cost of the product, they didn't send me a replacement.

I order loads of DVDs from them though, that's the only time I've got the wrong thing. I'm just worried about the Stephen King set because in my order history it says Stephen King's Golden Years, although the dispatch email did say Stephen King Box Set so who knows, I'll let you all know next week when it arrives, it was £2.99 and I only ordered it for The Stand and the rest is a bonus (The Langoliers, 1408, Golden Years and Pet Semetary).

Got 88 Films blu-ray of Meridian today. Surely this has to be the earlierst direct release yet, the official street date is June on Amazon.
