I thought Soldier was a surprisingly decent. One of Paul Anderson's better efforts, for sure.

I hated Event Horizon! But I think he did an OK job with AvP and Shopping and Resident Evil had their moments, but yes, it isn't saying much!

I'd say AvP and Soldier are his best films.

Now there's a phrase you don't hear often.

Nah! Just kidding. I like Soldier. It may have something to do with the fact that Kurt Russell is a major Bad Ass in it but it's certainly well worth a watch. AVP is not too bad either and while I think about it I have a soft spot for Death Race too, but I never did see the fuss about Event Horizon. For what he does Paul WS Anderson is far from the worse director out there.

Uwe Boll anyone?

I keep meaning to get around to the Death Race "re-imagining"...too many '70s Italian thrillers got in the way though!

Watched New Moon on Blu ray(kids wanted to see it) Pic and sound were pretty impressive. Thought the movie was as much fun as getting a massage from Freddy Krueger though

Survival of the dead. Sound is great on this, PQ is generally good. Enjoyed this apart from the crap CGI. Shame about the lack of extras. There is NOTHING!!!
