Just watched The Omega Man on Blu and it's another fabulous transfer from Warners. It looks simply stunning.

Is that the new US release of NOES? If so, can you please confirm it's region-free, as I've been waiting for definitive news on this.

it's confirmed as region free at blu-ray.com and axel music so it should be good to go.

Just finally picked up the US original Texas Chain Saw for the bargain price of $9.99 new so I can finally lay my Ultimate DVD set to rest. Have to wait to watch it for a few days though as I'm about a third into a 24 season 7 mini marathon..

Yep, like the blob says,ANOES is region free.Like Universal,Warner/New Line don't region lock their discs,so anytime you see any U.S. disc from them that you want,it'll play on a UK machine..

A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET-What a disc. The picture quality and sound were absolutely fantastic.
Cracking job by Warner/New Line!

Best I've ever seen the film as well.

The disc is also loaded with extras.
A winner.

A pity the artwork sucks

Just finished watching Dolph Lundgren's new film,Icarus.Another solid effort from Dolph. Can't wait to see him in The Expendables.Excellent picture quality as you would expect from a new film. Not much in the way of extras but I guess you can't have everything.

Is that the German release on BD of The Howling? Good disc, eh? I'll have to investigate....

Watched Bonnie and Clyde on Blu-ray earlier - another solid release from Warners. To my shame, this was the first time I'd ever sat and watched this film!

One of my favourite 60's films and up there with Shampoo & The Parallax View as Beatty's best movie.
