Bram Stoker's Dracula - Vampire Hunters.

Dark and brooding. In fact the film would be far lower in my estimations without Kilar's magnificent score.

Dammit... this is also one of my all time favourite albums, but to be fair I always forget it's a soundtrack, it's just a Philip Glass album to me

I agree completely, whilst the first film is a classic, the third is far more effective and creative use of scoring, creating massive intensity. The scoring of the opening credits sells it every time for me without fail.

As for Koyaaniqatsi, I nearly forgot it as well for a similar reason, as I thought it wouldn't come under a film score due to it's nature.
