These lists show how much people have different tastes, as I would never consider Go Go Yubari to be sexy, nor Lady Snowblood. The actresses are beautiful, but the characters aren't (in my eyes, at least) sexy.

I notice a few have gone for Elvira. I don't find her performance in Mistress of the Dark to be remotely sexy.

Yes she's great to look at and sports a fantastic cleavage but the fact she does everything for laughs negates any sexiness in my opinion.

Like you, I don't find Mistress of the Dark to be at all sexy, with Elvira (intentionally and unintentionally) funny rather than sexy or erotic.
