It's a tough topic. I'm including films which I haven't seen but either really want to or have been dubbed as 'essentials' by critics and writers. I'm pretty sure that includes one, the 1927 film Napoleon, which isn't even available on DVD or Blu-ray Disc.

Don't you have an actual wish list anywhere? Something physical so to speak?

I have an Amazon one with hundreds of discs on it, split into several categories.

I don't think there's anything left that's actually been released. Hanging out for a True Lies Blu ray, but that's about it!
