In alphabetical order, these are my top 10 films which predominantly take place in a forest, woodland or a park.
  1. Bambi
  2. The Blair Witch Project
  3. Company of Wolves
  4. Deliverance
  5. Dog Soldiers
  6. Eden Lake
  7. The Evil Dead
  8. Evil Dead 2
  9. Princess Mononoke
  10. Troll Hunter

Dog Soldiers... DAMN!!!

Bambi would be a good choice but i only considered horror for this list. Otherwise i'd have listed films like the Del Toro / Lee Jones film Hunted and The Great Outdoors and so on.

I had both the Blair Witch Project and The Witch in my list, they were the first films I thought of TBH (even though they aren't the first two on my list)
