Appy-olly-ogies all. Been busy all day and came home to a blocked drain which took 2 hours to clear. Just eating my dinner whilst catching up on the forum activities.

Interesting theme for this week.

You could have told me sooner before I used a hose attached to 20m of drain rods!

I think he meant Bells.

Did a power washer not clear it?

I'm surprised you have drain rods is it a common theme with you. The power of water and where to shove it!

I didn't have a long enough hose attachment therefore had to improvise.

I don't think i know anyone who has drain rods knocking about who aren't plumbers.

Do you have a large collection of them, perhaps you a regular poster on a drain rod forum?

I bought some a few years ago mainly as the property I live at has a really poor drainage system that is constantly blocking. It all needs ripping out and replacing. However, buying tonnes of discs I hardly have any time to watch is more of a priority.

Top 10 Films with a Medical Theme.

The Body Snatcher (1945)
Halloween II (1981)
Outbreak (1995)
Desperate Measures (1998)
The Revenge of Frankenstein (1958)
Visiting Hours (1982)
Exquisite Tenderness (1995)
Faceless (1987)*
Mary Reilly (1996)
The Lazarus Effect (2015)

I decided to steer clear of asylum set movies as that's a different subject in itself in my opinion. I went with Revenge of Frankenstein as he is actually a medical doctor in that and a lot of the film is set in a hospital / shelter for the needy.
