So how about fairy stories seeing as Snow white etc are based on these? So for instance Company of wolves or La belle et la bete? Or kids films that are not necessarily kids books? Why is everything so confusing. Well i've done my list so i'm not too worried, just thinking aloud.

Many people consider to be important for children because they have a sense of wonder and morality – Albert Einstein apparently said “If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairytales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairytales." As such, anything based on a fairy story, especially if it is one where you can identify the source material for that film (Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid or Beaumont's Beauty and the Beast, for example), could be included in a list for this week's topic. Because The Bloody Chamber is a book for adults and is not child friendly, I wouldn't include The Company of Wolves in this category.

Yes but surely the film Company of wolves stems from a fairytale at least in the final section and the main protagonist with the red shawl and her grandmother meeting the wolf. Red riding hood is a fairytale that was written down by The Brothers Grimm among other versions and is definitely the root of the film.
