It might be better to broaden the category to comedy films set at universities or colleges.
Good call as i'm struggling to work out how you also fit in A Chump at Oxford.

No you, as in you, Nos.

Going off your original definition, Oxford is not an American college yet you listed it in your American College Films top ten.

Oh, that's what I'd forgotten I'd specified the category as American college comedies, not any comedy film set in a higher education institution anywhere in the world.

I've edited my original post to reflect that.

An excellent list and good to see School for Scoundrels, a film I thought of including but haven't seen in so long I don't think I would know how it compares to the others on my list.

Thanks to everyone who contributed a list of their favourite comedies set in universities or colleges.

The topic for this week is about air travel, those films which are either entirely or mostly set on a plane or are about pilots and aeroplanes.

If you want, you can expand this to include helicopters and other aircraft.

FILMS ABOUT AEROPLANES AND/OR PILOTS
