The BBFC already passed the uncut version for VHS back in the day, so it'd sail through no problem.

I figured as much, but it all depends on which version Universal Pictures submit to the BBFC for certification.

I bought the US 2-disc Collector's Set of Das Boot a while ago from Planet Axel but haven't yet found the time to watch the film or the feature length documentary. It is a superb movie and should look and sound particularly good in 1080p and with a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack.

Also, according to movies, if you're going to search the house when you hear a noise, it's probably best to do so without any kind of weapon.

I think someone needs to create a 'Horror Cliche' thread as this has gone way off topic

Although I can't say 'Back To Topic' because I have nothing to post about other than that I'm extremely excited for Stand By Me which comes out next week, I wonder what the next 2 BD's in the series will be because we have Das Boot and Boyz N The Hood as 6 and 7. Stand By Me is 3 so I'm a little confused as to what could be next.
