I think with Koch Media you can be sure that it will be a sticker. They did the same with their mediabook of Amer.

I didn't know that as I didn't buy it but, looking at the cover image again, it's definitely a sticker.

Am I right in thinking that around here somewhere is a thread about confirming blu ray regions? I mean where someone confirms whether a us release is region free? Or will work over here even if it claims to be region a locked?

As far as I know, I believe it was mentioned that it is indeed limited BUT they will at least produce a couple of thousand units. You will have plenty of time to get one.
