It was a good concept and could have been a very good slasher but Craven just messed it up bad! It was just about watchable. Imo only redeeming thing was Max Thieriot. He did a pretty good job.
I wonder what had happened to this film! I was in Cuba in September and it was advertised all over the Canadian channels on TV .. but when I got back to the UK I couldn't find anything about it! All I knew was that it was Craven behind it and it was in 3D. Now I can see why it disappeared!

I saw the original trailer for that ages ago and while I really like David Hess (probably my all-time favourite psycho) this didn't (and doesn't) appeal to me one bit. Glad someone confirmed my suspicions about it.

watched Takers last night, a film about a group of thieves that was pretty good, Matt Dillon was awesome in it along Idris Elba. A good Heist film.

yeah I am not surprised at all that it bombed in the US and so did not get a release over here. After seeing Craven's recent efforts I am doubting if Scream 4 will be any good.

Just don't be too hard on Courtney Cox's acting if she lacks any facial expression in the film. That's what going overboard on Botox will do to you!

I don't see any reason for Scream 4 to prove any better than the awful Scream 3. Flogging a dead horse with that franchise I think.
