It does not feel the need to hold back at all when it comes to violence.
its not as violent as some of the 70s and 80s flicks but it still has a very dark and powerfull atmosphere. Loved it in the cinema and still love it 5 years later!
I totally agree, nekro. The Hills Have Eyes and Dawn of the Dead are my two fave remakes of recent years.I watched the R1 of Death Line (aka Raw Meat) and enjoyed it a lot.I haven't seen the film since the BBC had a Halloween horror movie all-nighter years back, the same night they showed Ghost Watch on BBC1.

Death Line is a classic, seems to be loved by everyone who's seen it, unfortunately not that many people seem to have seen it.

One of the top ten , non Hammer films of the golden age of British horror (57-77) imo.

didnt you think that it was just a blanket excuse for what theyve done since sep 11 though? (this is NOT a spoiler!!!) great performance fae Sheen though...
also watched AMERICAN: Bill Hicks story, well the feature itself is a bit thin, but a great starting point for new fans, some of the early footage is priceless as he resembles an overgrown Beaver IMO.

Just finished watching the Picha's brilliant The Big Bang

Absolutely LUVED this film. So rude yet oh so funny. If you have an immature sense of humour this is the perfect animated film for you. Fans of Fritz the Cat etc, should definetly check it out. Highly recommended - not for family viewing
