Strangely enough, I watched that last week too. Shame Caroline Munro gets it so early though.

Tonight, I am just settling down for my annual watch of one of my all-time faves. Poundland Galaxy bar in hand.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you...

NIGHTMARE CITY!!!

Nope, just a sugar rush to make it even better, not that that would be possible of course...

In addition to the aforementioned dreadful Human Centipede 2 I had a double bill on Sunday of The Bird With the Crystal Plumage and The Living Dead at the Manchester Morgue, both which I'd seen before although I seem to remember enjoying the latter more the first time round. Last night I watched the After Dark Originals film Seconds Apart which was enjoyable enough and I've just come back from the cinema where I watched a double bill of The Beyond and Maniac Cop. I'd never seen Maniac Cop before and thought it was awesome, will definitely be picking up the Arrow BD now!

An excellent and very entertaining movie. I loved it (and the one and only Jayne of course)!
The Blu-ray has excellent picture quality and is well worth the upgrade. I'm going to post some Blu-ray stills in the "Post Your Favourite Film Stills" later on.

Greetings!

ISOYG with the Briggs comm. a worthy defense of this notorious movie, a great companion to the more sombre Zarchi comm on same disc.

Good, the Bad & The Ugly with the comm. i hate whispering, SPEAK UP chief. otherwise looked lovely etc. wish it was 4 hours long haha....

"Love Goddess of the Cannibals"- eco-marxist soft porn, and all the better for it. Punches well above it's weight.

"The Raspberry Reich"- Bruce LaBruce's gay hardcore porn take on the Baader Meinhof Gang. Laugh out loud funny, filthy, witty, and just plain stupid in places. Genesis P.Orridge pops up at one point looking not unlike Margaret Thatcher!

"Schoolgirl Hitchhikers" Jean Rollin's cartoon like sexploiter is pretty good if you switch your brain off and go with the flow.
